Discovering Europe together

The next morning we took the train to Marseilles, then Rome, Florence and Venice We came back by way of Switzerland, where we took a bus to the headwaters of the Rhone and Rhine rivers. We marvelled at the sites, the houses and the ever-changing landscapes along the way, discovering the riches of art and architecture in that part of Europe together. Everything was so intense and went by so quickly—Michelangelo’s David, the Sistine Chapel, the Forum, Venice, Mathurin Méheut, Godmother and the relatives in Sarrebrück and then Alsace.
